It has been difficult to grown cotton crops without chemical pesticides because cotton is very susceptible to insect pests. But with some careful research and organic pest management, we are not able to grow cotton using natural methods. To ensure you are getting clothing made from 100% organic cotton, be sure the label says 100%. Labels that say "Organic Cotton" can have up to 30% non-organic fibers.
